First-Time Login Instructions

• Logon ID: Use your Primary Member Number.
  • Must be at least 6 digits.
  • If your number is shorter, add leading zeros (e.g., 12345 -> 012345, 1234 -> 001234).
• Security Code (Password): Use the last 4 digits of the Primary Account Holder's SSN (e.g., 9876).
• After logging in, you'll be asked to create a new Logon ID and Security Code.
• Use these new credentials for all future logins.
